How much is the deposit?

To book an appt, a non refundable $50, $75, $100 or $150 deposit will be required via E-transfer or cash. (Price depending on services booked.) The deposit will go towards the cost of the service. - Consider this like a payment plan. For $100 deposit; $50 will go toward the first appt and $50 is held to go toward your touchup.

How will I lose my deposit?

• Last minute cancellations or rescheduled appointments for any reason (sickness exempt) with less than 72 hours notice. New deposit of $50-$100 will be required to rebook an appt for all last minute cancellations.

• You may only reschedule twice, before loss of deposit. No exceptions.

• You arrive more than 15 minutes late. Subject to a $35 late fee. After 20 mins loss of deposit; please text me to let me know you’re running late so I can try to accommodate you.

• Child care / child sickness is not a reason you may reschedule. Although I may be lenient once, continuous cancellations/ rescheduling due to children unfortunately will result in a new deposit to rebook.

• If you’ve booked an appt under a promo, last minute deal, or last years pricing. The pricing given to you is only good for that booked date and time. Rebooking for any reason will result in full price or updated pricing for the year.

• All deposits and cash pre paid for services must be used by the end of the calendar year or contact me to book an appt no later than Dec 31 to use your credit.

• If you’re on any undisclosed medications like blood thinners or accutane, or have not followed my pre care instructions (every client receives this in their booking confirmation message.) I reserve the right to cancel the appointment if your skin is not prepared to be tattooed. I do not want to cause any trauma or healing issues resulting in less than great results. Please do not go get facials or waxing!!

• You arrive and are pregnant.

Is there any extra charges or fees?

• If there is a missed appt and you wish to rebook, you will be required to make a new, non refundable deposit equalling half the cost of the service.

• Colour boost clients: please note; if your pigment is very built up, dark and ashy grey, OR has less than 20% pigment left, you may require an addition touchup appt 4-6 weeks later. Cost is $115-$135. I may hold part or all of your deposit to put towards this. (Generally for 2+ year colour boost for brows)

• Touchup appts that are rescheduled in under 72 hours will require a new $50 deposit to rebook.

• If you arrive to any appointment with undisclosed previously tattooed area, you will be subject to an additional $45 correction fee.

• If for whatever reason your touchup appt gets put off/ rescheduled on your end past 8 weeks, your touchup is subject to needing additional pigment saturation. This is the most important step, without it your PMU will not hold up long term. A $50 fee will be added to your touchup fee.

• If you did not complete the touchup and book in for a colour boost between 6-11 months, you will be charged the full year rate.

• If you are booked in under a deal/ discounted rate, that deal is only good for the booked appt date and time. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you will be required to pay full price.

• If your PMU ends up needing an additional appointment(rare but can occur) please be aware there are NO FREE TOUCH UPS unless we have communicated so. Fine tuning brows, liner or lips, is an additional touchup appointment(rare but can occur) is $100. Must be completed between 4-8 weeks. After 8 weeks it’s considered a colour boost.
