Microblading over the years has not evolved, while permanent makeup as a whole is always evolving and we are finding new ways to have longer lasting brows while maintaining the skin’s integrity. Microblading uses a blade to create a cut in the skin. Over time (and sometimes immediately if done on the wrong skin type), those nice natural hair strokes will actually blur together and become very grey and ashy in colour. When you continue to use the blade method you are building up scar tissue in the area which doesn’t allow the pigment to fade like it should.

Nano Brows however, are a machine method hair stroke. This can be done on all skin types and will not cut or cause scar tissue build up. It is easily colour boosted over the years and doesn’t require “annual” appts, generally clients get longer lasting results and come back between 18-24 months instead of 12-18 months like microblading.
